Due to unexpected circumstances, a customer cannot take possession of this pistol and regretfully needs to sell it. It was built on a Colt WWI Reproduction and has a beautiful application of Melonite for the finish. There are only 50 to 100 rounds through this pistol as it sits.
It has:
Kart Barrel and Bushing, Yost Rear Sight, Tritium Front Sight, 10-8 Trigger, Cylinder and Slide ignition, Ed Brown mag catch, extended Thumb Safety, Ed Brown Beavertail, 10-8 Slide Stop, Ed Brown recoil system, and new pins and springs. Features include Freedom Borders, Checkered at 25 LPI on the front and back, Mild Round Butt on Mainspring Housing, and a Beveled and Polished Magwell. Frame lines were cleaned up and all parts blended. Chamber has been throated and high polished and will feed empty cases (not recommended of course).
It also has a spare extractor blended, fitted, tuned and finished.

Custom Grip Jig
This jig is made from Stainless Steel and holds the grips at the proper angle so the bottom of the grips are parallel with the vise you are using. It was designed to be used in trimming the backside of grips for magwells. It's great for counter boring the grips for medallions...just flip the grips over and switch places for milling. Grips are held down by a cross bar or can be screwed down with a full set of 1911 grip screws. Pictured with a set of Ivory Grips that were trimmed for a Heinie Magwell.
